At the outset, learned counsel for applicants/ legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 1 makes a statement that applicant No. 6 is dead. He further makes a statement that legal heirs of this deceased applicant are already on record. He undertakes to file pursis on record to that effect.

This application is for bring legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 1 on record. Learned counsel for appellants records no objection for allowing the application. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'.
