By the present application, the revision applicant takes exception to the judgment and order dated 10.05.2018 passed by the learned Family Court, Latur in Petition E-156/2015, wherein it has been held that the applicant/wife present non-applicant is entitled to receive Rs.10,000/- towards maintenance in addition to the interim maintenance of Rs.3,000/- granted by the learned Family Court, Dharwad in MCA No.22/2017. Therefore, it appears that the applicant is not interested to prosecute the present revision application and hence it is dismissed for want fo prosecution. [Y.G. KHOBRAGADE, J.] mubashir
