The Petitioners pray that Respondent No.2 should decide their pending representation dated 06.01.2023.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the pending representation of the Petitioners dated 06.01.2023, provided jurisdiction is duly vested in him by law. He would follow the due procedure applicable and after considering the say of all the stake holders, would pass an appropriate order on the representation, preferably within six months.

It is clarified that the issue with regard to the Bharat Gas Resources Company purportedly not paying the salary of Petitioner No.1, shall be kept away from the issue to be decided by the District Collector. Let the Petitioner No.1 agitate the said issue of non-payment of wages in accordance with the Industrial Disputes Act.
