This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 6260 days caused in filing the First Appeal. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in similar matters, i.e. Civil Application No. 9398 of 2021 in First Appeal (St.) No. 23548 of 2021 and connected applications, this Court by order dated 11.04.2023, has condoned the delay subject to the condition that the applicants therein shall not claim interest for the period of delay. He seeks similar order in this application. Said order dated 11.04.2023 is also placed on record which is marked as "X" for identification.

Learned AGP, though opposed the application on the ground of delay not being properly explained, however, he agrees that in above said similar matter, delay has been condoned. 3.

In view of the above submissions and considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.

Civil Application is disposed off.
