The appropriate and necessary writ or direction may kindly be issued against respondents to take necessary steps for acquisition, including measurement of suit land, by following due procedure of Law of Acquisition and using writ land, by respondent no.3, Maharashtra Indust al Development Corporation, if required for public purpose." 2.

Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. The petitioner has not even filed any representation and has directly approached this Court contending that a strip/piece of his land is being used by respondent No. 3. It is also stated that the respondents are trying to made construction on the road. The list of documents produced along with the petition contains only the 7/12 extract and

Writ Petition stands dismissed.
