It is stated that the respondent no.3-college will allow the petitioner to complete the Bachelor of Pharmacy Course from Vimukta Jati category. It will declare her result and will not withhold the result sheet only on the ground that the certificate of validity has not been issued.

If the petitioner clears the fourth semester of pharmacy course, then, the College as well as the University may permit the petitioner to continue the studies further, to attend the classes, appear in the examinations and the result will also be declared and equally the degree certificate and other documents will also be released.

( 2 ) p 7 wp 9417.17 However, each of these steps shall be subject to the final orders of the Scrutiny Committee. This order is passed because the scrutiny and verification of the caste/tribe claim is still pending before the Scrutiny Committee.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
