Mr. Sawant, learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no intention of disobeying the order passed by any Court in this land. It is only because the institution does not get grants from the government that they are facing financial crisis. Rs.1 lakh has already been paid to the petitioners. 2.
Mr. Sawant further submits that the respondent is present in the Court. He has brought Rs.40,000/- in cash to be delivered to 1 / 3
the petitioner today. In view of the bank holiday he could not prepare a Demand Draft.

Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the payment of amount by demand draft is the better option. He submits that Rs.1 lakh has already been paid to the petitioner by the respondent. A demand draft of Rs.40,000/- be delivered by 09.03.2016.

He however submits that the Hon'ble Supreme Court had dismissed the Special Leave Petition of the institution by its order dated 30.08.2013. Since then, the respondent has failed to make the payment of Rs.2 lakh and therefore interest of 10% p.a. be imposed upon the respondent on the entire amount. 5.
Mr. Sawant further submits on instructions that an amount of Rs.15,000/- shall be paid over and above the remaining amount of Rs.1 lakh. A demand draft for Rs.40,000/- would be paid on 09.03.2016 and a demand draft for Rs.75,000/- would be paid on 29.03.2016.

Mr. Patil submits that the petitioner is satisfied with the above statement which has been recorded by this Court. 7.
In the light of the statement made as recorded above, this petition is disposed off.
