The learned Advocate appearing for the appellants submits that he would give fresh address of respondent No.1, 4D and 4E. 2.
The learned Advocate Mr. S. C. Joshi Submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondents No. 4B-1 to 4B-5, 4D, 4E, 3A-1, 3A-2. He has filed Vakalatnama on record. 3.
Issue notice to the respondent No.1 after supply of fresh address.

The Civil Application No.9642 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.3A. There is no serious
SA 25-2023 objection from the other side for the same. As already stated above, the learned Advocate Mr. S. C. Joshi has instructions to appear on behalf of the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.3A. The reasons stated in the application that during the pendency of the appeal, filed by the deceased respondent, the legal heirs were not brought on record and the appeal continued. As such, the applicant who were not aware about the demise of respondent No.3. In view of the same, the delay is condoned and the application is disposed of.

The legal heirs of deceased respondent No.3A be brought on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week.
7.
List the remaining matters on 20/09/2023.
