We have heard Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel at length.

Mr. Nagargoje, the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 points out the Government Resolution dated th November, 2013, which states that the selection process which was initiated vide Government Resolution dated 05 th August, 2010 and if it is still continued should be cancelled. The selection process itself is cancelled, as such though the name of

2 WP7846.14 the petitioner was at serial No. 1 in the select list the petitioner was never issued with the appointment order. Vide the present writ petition the appointment of Respondent No. 2 is under cloud. According to the learned counsel for petitioner the certificate dated 16.04.2013 produced by the petitioner was not available at the time of selection process and the same is not genuine document. It is for the authority to consider the said aspect. As per Respondent No. 1, enquiry was made and the said certificate was found to be genuine.
