2] The present Civil Application is filed seeking leave to amend.

4] For the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-(a). Amendment to be carried out within 14 days.

5] Civil Application is disposed of.

6] Place Writ Petition No.6950 of 2021 on 18th January, 2022.

7] Interim orders passed earlier in Writ Petition No.6950 of 2021 to continue till then.
