This application is for bringing LR's of deceased appellant Manohar who died on 04/09/2020 and deceased respondent No.1 Govindrao who died on 20/07/2020. The death certificates filed on record confirms the said fact. Deceased died during the Covid-19 Pandemic and during this time the period of limitation in respect of all application was extended by the order of Hon'ble Apex Court. In view of this, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Amendment be carried out within a period of six weeks.
