We are not inclined to entertain this application since the charge sheet came to be filed in the year 2019. The case is now pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class at Pathri, District Parbhani and till this date the applicants have not even filed any application for discharge.

In view of above, this criminal application is disposed of with liberty to the applicants to file an application for discharge in case the charge is yet not framed.
