Present petition has been filed for issuing writ against respondent Nos.2 to 4 for directing them to decide representations/complaints dated 28.12.2023, 31.01.2024 and 12.02.2024 filed by the Petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. as well as learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner have placed on record the direction given by Joint Director, Public Health Department to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chh. Sambhajinagar on 24.12.2024 thereby taking into consideration the inquiry report, the responsibility should be fixed.

It appears from the today's communication by District Health Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad to learned A.P.P. that after order dated 24.12.2024 was received the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad had kept the matter for hearing on 08.01.2025. Even the petitioner was called. Thereupon, the Petitioner has filed a written notes and explanation, however, he had not produced evidence supporting it and then sought adjournment. Accordingly, the adjournment has been granted. It appears that now it is for the petitioner to respond.

What we are getting is that the respondent-authorities are taking cognizance of the representations and taking steps. Under such circumstances, now there is no question of issuing any writ for that purpose. We hope after the petitioner responds as he had sought the adjournment and after he submits the documents, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad would decide the further course of action.

With this we dispose of the Writ Petition.
