It would be open for the petitioner to approach the Sub-Divisional Level Committee constituted in accordance with the circular issued by the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad. If petitioner approaches the said Committee within a period of four weeks from today, the Committee shall take appropriate decision within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the application. With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
