Both the learned counsel state that trial has commenced. Learned counsel for the applicants states that six witnesses have been examined. He further submits that neither the complainant nor any of his family members have turned up for giving evidence in the Trial Court despite service of summons. Therefore, warrant came to be issued against the informant.

In view of this, learned Trial Court is directed to dispose

ba1134.21.odt - 2 - of the trial within a period of six months from today. In case, trial is not concluded within six months, applicants are at liberty to move the Trial Court for bail again.
