1] Learned counsel for the petitioner states that by Government resolution dated 8.4.2015, the Government has sanctioned grants to 123 schools for the disabled students. The said 123 schools for disabled students are accredited Grade-A by the Government. The learned cousnel submits that the petitioner - school is also accredited with Grade - A. The petitioner - school

WP 8474/15 - 2 - complies with the statutory provisions as per the Government resolution.

However, still it is discriminated.

2] We have also heard the learned AGP.

3] Considering the above, we pass the following order. 4] The petitioner shall make representation to the State with regard to the grants. The petitioner shall submit all the necessary documents required for the said purpose. On receipt of representation, the respondent - State shall take decision about the admissibility of grants to the petitioner - institution expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of representation on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
