Perused the order dated 20.3.2019 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.4128 of 2019 in First Appeal No.250 of 2018 with Civil Application No.492 of 2018 in First Appeal No.250 of 2018. 3.

Learned Counsel Mr Kakade for the applicant is seeking extension of time to furnish the solvent security as per order passed by this Court dated 20.3.2019. The prayer needs to be allowed.

ORDER

(I) The Civil Application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
