We have heard Mr. Nagarsoge, learned counsel for petitioner. Mr. Choudhari, learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the petitioner has remedy before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Aurangabad.

As the petitioner can avail the alternate remedy, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions kept open. No costs.
