20.08.2019 P.C. :- We have heard Mr. Savant the learned advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Karlekar the learned A.G.P. submits that the matter has been referred by the Tahsildar to the Revenue Department of the State of Maharashtra for obtaining sanction on 06.07.2017.

In light of that the respondent no.1 shall take decision upon the proposal received by it from the Tahsildar dated 06.07.2019 within six weeks.
