Delay of 595 days has occurred in filing the present appeals. Learned A.G.P. submitted that in complying with the procedural formalities, time was consumed and that is the reasons the appeals could not be filed within the stipulated period.

Learned Counsel appearing for the original claimants has opposed for condoning the delay. 4.

After having considered the submissions of the parties and after having gone through the contents of the applications, it appears to me that the delay has been sufficiently explained and, otherwise also, the matters are required to be heard on merits. I am, therefore, inclined to allow the present applications. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

a) The applications are allowed. The delay caused in filing the First appeals is condoned.

b) The First Appeals be registered in accordance with law.

Civil Applications stand disposed of.
