Mr. Hon, learned senior counsel submits that the petitioners would restrict the present writ petition to the extent of prayer clause 'B'. The proposal is pending, directions be given to decide the same.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the authority would decide the proposal in accordance with law. 3.

In the light of above, the writ petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents - authorities to consider the proposal of the petitioners for grant of approval to the special unit for blind, deaf and dumb in the secondary college of petitioners under inclusive education of the disabled on merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within six (6) months. The petitioners may appear before the concerned authority on 02.05.2018. No costs.
