ORDER:

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the proposal is tendered to the Education Officer for payment of backwages and release of increments, however, same is not yet considered by the Education Officer.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondents no. 1 to 4 and submits that in case the proposal is pending, the authority would take decision on its own merits and in accordance with law.

In case the representations of the petitioner (page 24 & 27) are pending with respondent No. 4, then respondent No. 4 shall take decision upon it on its own merits and in accordance with law after hearing the parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months.
