This is an application for condonation of delay of 53 days in preferring appeal against the judgment and award dated 31.01.2019 in MACP No.790 of 2012.

For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance cause of substantive justice, the delay in preferring appeal deserves to be condoned. Moreover, the applicantappellant/insurer has deposited entire amount of compensation in pursuance of order passed by the Tribunal. Hence, following order:- The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

The delay in preferring the appeal stands condoned. The appeal be registered.
