The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance has been conducted and the petitioner has also filed say to the vigilance report before the scrutiny committee. The validation proceeding is not decided. The petitioner is a student. He has completed his B.E. final year.

Considering the fact that, the vigilance is conducted and the petitioner has filed say to the vigilance report, the committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably by end of January, 2021. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 14.12.2020.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
