The petitioner is raising challenge to the order passed by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 5316 of 2008 decided on 29/08/2009 thereby confirming the order passed by the President, Grievance Committee. The Grievance Committee on considerations of the complaint presented by respondent, directed the management i.e. appellant herein to pay salary/remuneration payable to the respondent from the date of his appointment i.e. 18/01/2002 till 02/02/2004 as Shikshan Sevak at the rate of Rs.4000/- per month

24519.09lpast -2from their own fund. There cannot be any dispute that the respondent has actually rendered service during the aforesaid period and as such, he is entitled to be paid the remuneration as Shikshan Sevak. 2.

We do not find any infirmity in the order passed by either Grievance Committee or by learned Single Judge. The appeal is devoid of substance, hence same stands dismissed. 3.

Pending Civil Application No. 13657 of 2009 does not survive, same stands disposed of.
