The applicants pray for listing the second appeal for out of turn final hearing. It is submitted that though the second appeal is shown to be of the year 2011, it is of the year 2003. 2.

Second appeals instituted in the year 1987/1988 onwards are being listed for final hearing on every Thursday. As such, this second appeal cannot be given precedence so as to be listed for final hearing out of turn.
