Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent No. 1. 2.

Under order dated 16th July, 2019, we had disposed of the Writ Petition No. 8459 of 2019 referring to the Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019 and observed that petitioner can raise his grievance before the Chief Executive Officer. 3.

The learned counsel submits that, the petitioner is seeking transfer inter division, as such, the Government Resolution

2 ra 161.19 dated 28.05.2019 would not apply.

We had not considered other contentions on merits. It is only upon submission that the G. R. dated 28.05.2019 would apply, we had passed the order. Considering contention of the petitioner, order under review is recalled and writ petition is restored to its original position. The review application is disposed of. No costs.
