It is submitted that the proposal is submitted to the State Government for regularization of the service of the petitioner in the year 2011 and also on 02.01.2019. The State Government has not yet taken the decision on it.

In case, the proposal forwarded by respondent Nos.2 & 3 is pending with respondent No.1 for regularization of the services of the petitioner and other employees, then the same be decided on its own merits by respondent No.1 in accordance with its policy & law, preferably within a period of nine months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
