It appears that matter is now pending for examination of Medical Officer and Investigating Officer. Summons are already issued. He has stated that matter can be disposed off by end of December, 2024.

Under such circumstance, we dispose of this writ petition by directing the learned Jt. Civil Judge Jr. Divn. and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Parner to dispose of RCC No.114 of 2015 by end of this year.
