Civil Application is filed for withdrawal of amount i.e. enhanced compensation deposited in this Court.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Hon'ble Court has pleased to allow the appeal vide judgment and order dated 22.08.2022 and thereby held that, the appellant is entitled for enhanced compensation of Rs.1,52,000/- with interest as per the order of tribunal. The insurance company has not preferred any appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and they have deposited an amount of compensation in this Court. 3.

In view of the above submissions, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court. Registry is directed to deposit the amount in the bank account of the applicant. Application is disposed of.
