There is innocuous prayer in the Petition, in as much as, the proposal for approval to the appointment of the petitioner, which was submitted to the Respondent No.3 by the Respondent No.2 on 01.07.2015 is pending and yet no decision has been taken on the said proposal.

We direct the Respondent No.3 to take decision on the said proposal, if already not taken, keeping in view the relevant rules/policy, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within 10 weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner as well as the Respondent No.2. The W.P. stands disposed of.
