Heard the learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

Civil Application No.10793/2023 is filed by the claimants for withdrawal of entire amount of compensation deposited in this Court by the Insurance Company. Deceased is the widow of applicant No. 1 and mother of applicant Nos. 2 to 4.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount of compensation deposited in this Court by the Insurance Company on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Application for withdrawal of amount is disposed of.

In first appeal, reissue notice to respondent No. 5, returnable on 9.10.2023.
