This is an application for setting order passed by the Registrar on 14.7.2014, refusing registration of the writ petition on account of failure to remove office objections, and for condoning delay in the presenting instant application.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is allowed. The order passed by the Registrar dated 14.7.2014, refusing registration of the writ petition is set aside and the petition is restored to original position. Delay occurred in presenting the application stands condoned. Office objections to be removed within six weeks from today.
