Affidavit-in-reply has been presented on behalf of respondent wherein it is stated that the proposal tendered by the Education Society for opening 11th and 12th standard Urdu medium school on self-finance basis has been favourably recommended by the Director of Education, Pune and, the proposal is stated to be pending. On according approval to the proposal, facility of education in Urdu medium for 11th and 12th standard would be available to the students at Gangapur in future. It is expected of the State Government to take appropriate decision in the matter before commencement of the academic year 2016-2017. In view of the contentions

wp8529.15.doc raised in the affidavit-in-reply, grievance raised by petitioners in the instant petition substantially stands redressed. Writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
