Heard learned Advocate for the applicants, learned APP for respondent No. 1 and the learned Advocate for respondent No. 2.

Learned Advocate for the applicants seeks leave to amend and delete the name of applicant No. 4. It is with the background that applicant No. 4 has already approached this Court by filing Criminal Application No. 1615 of 2021. 3.

In fact, applicant No. 4 ought to have disclose about pendency of her earlier application to the learned Advocate in the present matter, who is different than Advocate who is representing her in another matter. It appears that respondent No. 4 has taken unnecessary opportunities, therefore, as against her we are imposing cost.

After the disinclination is shown to grant any relief to applicant Nos. 1 to 3 and 5, learned Advocate for applicants,

Application stands dismissed as withdrawn as against applicant Nos. 1 to 3 and 5.

The application stands disposed in view of deletion of the name of applicant No. 4 in the present matter, however, applicant No. 4 to deposit cost of Rs. 2,000/- (Rs.
