The learned counsel submits that though on instruction statement was made that the committee would decide the proceeding within one month on 29th January, 2021, the same is not yet decided.

In the morning session, we had asked the learned A.G.P. to take instruction about the petitioner's proceeding. 3.

The learned A.G.P. on instruction submits that the matter is pending at the stage of vigilance and as the students matters are to be taken on priority basis, the same could not be attended to. Predicament of the petitioner appears to be genuine.

The petitioner may appear before the committee on 29th of September 2021. The committee shall decide the said proceeding by 30th November 2021.

If the matters are not decided by 30th of November 2021, then this Court would take serious view of the matter like taking action of contempt.

With the aforesaid observations, the contempt petition is disposed of.
