This is an Application seeking restoration of the First Appeal St. No.32197 of 2019 with Civil Application St. No.32197 of 2019, of which registration was refused under the order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) for non removal of office objections within given time by the applicant. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the Civil Application stands allowed. The First Appeal St. No.32197 of 2019 with Civil Application St. No.32197 of 2019 stands restored to its original position.

The applicant assures and undertakes to remove all office objections within two weeks from today. If office objections are not removed within two weeks from today, this order shall not remain in operation.
