Heard Mr. Hange, learned advocate appearing for the applicants.

He points out that name of the applicant has been corrected in the Award passed by the Reference Court in LAR No.51 of 2012. However, while filing the appeal, respondent no.1 mentioned his name as it was appearing before the Correction. He would therefore seeks directions against respondent no.1 to correct the appeal memo and put his correct name as per the amended award. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents agrees to aforesaid contentions and undertakes to make corrections within a period of two weeks from today.

Respondent no.1 shall therefore carry out the appropriate corrections in the name of respondent no.11 in the appeal memo and civil application. Civil application stands disposed off. ( S. G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J. ) ...
