I have heard learned Counsel for the applicants for some time.

The learned Counsel for applicants, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application in respect of applicant no.1 - Naval Chintaman Dhangar with liberty to fle an application for regular bail before the Sessions Court, after fling of the charge sheet.

Leave granted. Application of applicant no.1 - Naval Chintaman Dhangar is disposed of as withdrawn, with the liberty as aforesaid. It is hereby made clear that the application of

{2} applicant no.1 - Naval Chintaman Dhangar is not considered on merits.

The applicant no.2 - Shevantabai Chintaman Dhangar is seeking bail in connection with Crime No.95/2020, registered with Shindkheda Police Station, District Dhule, for the ofences punishable under Sections 306, 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard both sides.

Applicant no.2 - Shevantabai Chintaman Dhangar is a mother-in-law, aged 54 years. Though there are allegations against her, however, marriage between deceased and son of the present applicant was performed way back in the year 2008 and the couple is blessed with one child. So far as applicant no.2 - Shevantabai is concerned, there are general allegations against her about illtreatment being extended to the deceased, without quoting any specifc instance. Thus, considering entire aspects of the case, I am inclined to release applicant no.2 - Shevantabai on bail, on certain conditions. Hence, the following order:

(i) Application is hereby partly allowed.

{3} (ii) The applicant no.2 - Shevantabai Chintaman Dhangar, in connection with Crime No.95/2020, registered with Shindkheda Police Station, District Dhule, for the ofences punishable under Sections 306, 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, be released on bail on her furnishing Personal Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs.Fifteen Thousand) with one surety of the like amount, on the following conditions:

(a) The applicant no.2 -Shevantabai shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence, in any manner.

(b) The applicant no.2 - Shevantabai shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when directed by the Investigating Officer for carrying out further investigation in the crime, if any. The application is accordingly disposed of.
