Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for respondent No.2.

This is an application for withdrawal of the compensation amount which is deposited by respondent No.2 under the award passed by Commissioner for Employees Compensation & Civil Judge, Senior Division Hingoli. The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 insurance company has objection to pay the entire amount to the applicant.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of both the sides, I am of the opinion that at least 50% of the amount deposited in this court can be permitted to be withdrawn by the applicant.

4.

The applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court. Civil Application disposed of.
