The motion is made for speaking to the minutes of the judgment and order dated 2nd August, 2022. 2.

The learned Counsel for appellant submits that, this Court has allowed the appeal fled by the appellant. In the judgment and order dated 2nd August, 2022 in tabular form at serial No.2 of paragraph 13 observed that, Addition of 40% as future prospects (Rs.30,000/- + Rs. 7,500/-) Compensation awarded Rs.37,500/-. In fact, 40% Pooja K.

{2} S-FA-2803-2008 future prospects comes to Rs.12,000/-. Hence, requested to pass appropriate orders.

Considering the submissions of learned Counsel for appellants, "the amount of compensation is enhanced from Rs.1,50,000/- to Rs.5,08,000/-". Appellants are entitled to enhanced amount of Rs.3,58,000/- @ 6% from the date of fling Claim Petition till realisation of amount. 4.

Considering the submissions of all learned Counsel, correction be made accordingly.
