1] Seen the order, dated 20.2.2015, passed by the Superintendent of Police, Osmanabad. We are satisfied that there are several relatives of the wife of the petitioner prisoner to take her care for the stomach ailment.

2] The prisoner petitioner had overstayed for 59 days when he was released on parole last time. He, therefore, does not deserve grant of furlough leave.

3] Hence, prayer for releasing him on furlough leave deserves to be rejected. Hence rejected.
