The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer that respondent no.2 is not releasing her monthly allowances. We have perused the Government Resolution dated 04.11.2019 as regards fixing of the honorarium and the Government Resolution dated 04.11.2019 with regard to the guidelines for operating "One Stop Centre" under a scheme floated by the Government. 2.

The petitioner has not approached the District Collector and has preferred to file this writ petition, directly in this Court. It would be appropriate for the petitioner to first voice her grievance with respondent no.1 District Collector, Parbhani, by tendering a representation which can be considered within a time frame.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.

If the petitioner prefers a representation to the office of the District Collector, Parbhani, on or before 04.10.2022, respondent no.1 shall take a call on the said representation and issue appropriate directions in the light of the above referred Government Resolutions, on or before 15.10.2022, for making the payment of allowances.
