The petitioner is anxious because time is running against her in as much as the last date for uploading the documents for Post Graduate Medical CET is 06.08.2023 and in spite of the direction of this Court in the previous round dated 24.04.2023, the Committee has not been able to decide her proposal by 15.06.2023.

The learned AGP informs that the matter is listed for final hearing tomorrow.

Hoping and trusting that the Committee appreciates the urgency, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the Committee to decide the petitioner'
