The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, the petitioner has filed present writ petition merely on apprehension and on the basis of noting. The decision is not yet taken.

According to the petitioner, tenor of the noting is such that the proposal of the petitioner would be rejected. We cannot preempt any decision. It is only if the decision is taken, then the petitioner would have cause to challenge the same. 3.
In case respondents take decision adverse to the interest of the petitioner, then the petitioner is at liberty to assail the same. The proposal pending be decided by the authorities expeditiously
