Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the State.

The facts of the case have been discussed in detail in the order dated 29th August, 2022. The applicants and the so called person abducted had a contract to supply labour. Therefore, the applicants have paid him Rs.3 lakhs but he did not supply labour. However, to avoid the payment of of Rs.3 lakhs, a false story was cooked. 3.

It is not in dispute that the so called abducted person was returned home immediately. The person abducted also did not dispute that he had received Rs.3 lakhs from the applicants towards supply of the labour.

Considering the facts in toto, nothing appears to be recovered from the applicants. Hence, the following order:-

O R D E R

(i) The application is allowed.

(iii) The interim protection granted to the applicants by order dated 29th August, 2022 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
