ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants - claimants are seeking condonation of delay of 91 days in filing cross objections. The delay appears to be caused due to their financial difficulty. The learned Counsel for respondent No.1 strongly opposed the application. However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay of 91 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the said period of delay for the enhanced amount of compensation, if granted.

The Cross objection be registered after removal of office objections, if any.
