This Civil Application has been filed for bringing legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No.1 on record, who expired on 14th September, 2023. It is the contention of the Applicants that since they were not aware about pendnecy of the proceedings, they could not file the Civil Application within time and the Civil Application has been filed immediately after getting knowledge and obtaining heirship certificate. It is, therefore, requested to allow the Civil Application by condoning the delay. 2.

In view of the above and considering that the cause still survives and the delay has been explained satisfactorily, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks. [ MANJUSHA DESHPANDE ] JUDGE drp/ca2325-25.doc
