Smt. Dube the learned counsel for the applicant states the observations made in para 8 of the order dated 15th December, 2014 are not in consonance with the guidelines. The showroom has to be located at the advertised area.

The observations in para 8 of the said order dated 15th December, 2014 were with regard to the guidelines existing then and the facts as were appearing in the said order. The observations made in para 8 would not be construed as laying down any guidelines or legal proposition.
