This is an application seeking deletion of the name of petitioner No. 1 and to treat petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 as legal heirs of the petitioner No. 1.

The petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 appear to be the sons of the petitioner No. 1 and would be the legal heirs and would be entitled to prosecute as L.Rs. of the petitioner No. 1. Hence the civil application is allowed.
